Berwick or Boopie glassware was produced by the Anchor Hocking Glass Corporation for almost three decades, from the 1950s to the 1970s. Not sure if you mean “Washington state” bottles or Washington, D.C., but I would suggest you post a query (along with photos of the milk bottles if possible) at the http://www.antique-bottles.net site, where many bottle and jar collectors discuss all types of antique glass containers. I’m not sure how long this trademark was actually used on Anchor Hocking’s glassware lines, but I am assuming at least into the 1950s or beyond.
